Request Instructor Access

For the ClayAI app by Bored Monkey LLC

Instructor tools are free. If you coach clay target shooters — independently or through a school, college, or youth program — apply below. Once you're verified we'll switch your instructor tools on at no cost and give you an invite code for your students.

What "free" covers: instructor access unlocks the coaching side only. It does not include tracking your own rounds — if you want to score personally, that's ClayAI Pro, same as any other shooter.

Students: this form isn't for you. Student access is issued by your instructor, not by us. Ask your coach for their ClayAI invite code and enter it in the app under Settings > Redeem Invite. If your instructor isn't on ClayAI yet, send them this page.

Which role should I pick?

Free tools

Instructor

Independent or club-based coaches — NSCA/NSSA certified instructors, club pros, and private coaches. Your students join at the discounted $5.99/month student rate using your invite code.

Free tools

Academic Instructor

Coaches and faculty running a shooting-sports program at a school, college, university, or organized youth league (4-H, SCTP, ACUI). Your students get ClayAI Pro free for the school year through your invite code.

Apply

Create a free ClayAI account first. We can only approve a request that matches an existing account. Download ClayAI from the App Store or Google Play, sign up with a free account, then use that same email below.

Role requested *

Full name *

Email * Must match the email on your ClayAI account. Academic instructors who want to use a school address should create their ClayAI account with that address first.

Club, school, or organization *

How can we verify your role? * An NSCA or NSSA instructor certification number, a link to your coaching or staff page, or your program's website. One line is fine.

Roughly how many students would you invite? Optional — helps us size your invite allocation.

Anything else we should know? Optional.

What happens next

We review your request — usually within 2 business days — and match it to your free ClayAI account.
If we need anything else to confirm your role, we'll reply from info@clayai.app.
Once approved, your instructor tools are switched on at no charge and you'll receive your instructor invite code.
Share that code with your students. They enter it under Settings > Redeem Invite — academic students get ClayAI Pro free for the school year; everyone else pays $5.99/month.

Your invite codes are for your students only. Codes are tied to your account. If an instructor shares a code publicly, we revoke that instructor's free instructor access. Codes are not reissued.
