This notice covers the clayai.app website only. The ClayAI app is covered by the ClayAI Privacy Policy, which also explains your privacy rights and how to use them. Bored Monkey LLC, PO Box 534, Laurens, SC 29360, USA, runs this website.

1. Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use this website, such as which pages they visit and which links they click. Google Analytics collects information like pages viewed, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. It stores identifiers in cookies whose names start with _ga.

Your choice controls whether this happens:

• EU, EEA, and UK visitors: Google Analytics does not load until you choose Accept in the banner. We detect this from your device's time zone, so a visitor elsewhere using a European time zone is treated the same way.
• Everyone else: Google Analytics loads by default, and you can opt out with the banner or the button below.

Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage on this device. Clearing your browser data resets it.

2. Fonts

This website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font, Google receives your IP address and browser details. We do not use this to identify you.

3. Instructor access requests

The instructor access form asks for your role, name, email address, organization, the information you give us to verify you are an instructor, and optionally your student count and notes. We use it only to verify your request, give you instructor access in the app, and contact you about it.

Requests are emailed to info@clayai.app and stored on our web host's server in a location that is not publicly reachable. We keep a request for as long as you hold instructor access, and delete it within 12 months after a request is declined or access ends. You can ask us to delete it sooner at privacy@clayai.app.

For EU, EEA, and UK visitors, our legal basis is taking steps at your request before giving you access (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

4. Service providers

Google and DreamHost may process this information in the United States. Transfers from the EU, EEA, and UK rely on the safeguards described in the ClayAI Privacy Policy.
